This is a really cool book. I love the funny, historical foot notes. A very easy read, but enjoyable for both teens and adults.
I like how the author did not go into current policies and such. Thsi has no poltical party affliation at all. I will be enjoyed by all. This book will stand the test of time for many many years.

My 15-year old and I both enjoyed this book. While it is fun and funny, it's also chock full of educational asides that are themselves presented in a fun and funny manner.
This book is definitely worth the read, even for adults. It was entertaining from the start and kept me laughing! After reading 25+ books over 2 years for a statewide teen reader's book award program, I believe this one needs to be a contender for next year's awards program. Not only was it funny throughout, the footnotes were absolutely hilarious. It also provides a bit of entertaining education, by giving readers information on government, the President, and history. Kids won't even know they are learning because they will enjoy it! Among my favorite parts was the "head over heels" makes no sense footnote. Now every time someone says that phrase, I'm going to picture the person doing nothing but standing up! It's also a quick read, even on , as the footnotes are easy to navigate.
Was a great read for middle school age. Loved the book!
Intriguing take on presidential powers. It was an entertaining read that will keep your attention and is appropriate for youth and adults alike. Might there be a movie in the offering?
Story is told with a fresh wit. Historical references are a nice spur trail from the main story, as well. Fun for everyone to read.
